The way of kukikan explained

The heart of training in Kukikan is the practice of the right path. The right path is the practice which must include the three parameters: mind, breath, body. Mind training must have three parameters: morality, concentration, wisdom. Body training must have three essentials: strength, endurance, flexibility. Breath awareness will have three phases: in-breath, pause, out-breath. These three interdependent and interchanging parameters are represented by the three rings in the Kukikan symbol.

Now let us understand each of these parameters separately. Since we must begin with the root, let us understand the parameters of the body training. Body training must have three essentials: strength, endurance and flexibility. Again, let me remind you that these are explanations for understanding the functioning of each parameter. In reality, each parameter is interdependent and interchanging, supporting the function of the whole organism.

Strength, endurance and flexibility are not necessarily an underlying characteristic of each person but they are essential components of health.
