Silent Trail

The ‘Silent Trail’ is journey in activity. The trail is conducted in any environment in nature. The ‘Silent Trail’ could last for just about 90 minutes to about a day trek in the mountains.

The ‘Silent Trail’ begins with the natural surroundings like hills, mountains, and the silent pathways. It is a meeting of individuals where one is not supposed to have any talk / or communication with other participants on the trail. Thereby cutting off all the possible verbal distractions and allowing the mind to cease its internal chatter. Sensei Kuki guides this trail by giving you tools to understand your inner trail…a journey within. This means listening to your body rhythms, fine tuning your breath with the activity, thereby harmonizing the mind.

Sensei Kuki initiates and gives you the guidelines on how you can train with the elements of nature. Understanding these concepts help one simplify the understanding of health and meditation. The Silent Trail is a meditative activity.

The ‘trail’ mainly focuses on the individuals to be initiated to the Kukikan Silent Health Retreats or also as a refresher for those who have already attended the Silent Health Retreats. At the end of the ‘Trail’ there is an interactive session where Sensei Kuki answers questions regarding health and spirituality, offering solutions on how one can apply the Kukikan training principal in daily living.
