KUKIKAN: The Search Within

The heart of Kukikan training is the practice of the balanced path. The balanced path is the practice which must include the three parameters, i.e. mind, breath, body.

  • Body training which must include three essentials, i.e. strength, endurance, flexibility.
  • Breath awareness will have three phases, i.e. in-breath, pause, out-breath.
  • Mind training which must have three parameters, i.e. morality, concentration, wisdom.

These three interdependent and interchanging parameters are represented by the three rings in the Kukikan symbol.
