Requirements
Meditation cushion or stool (optional, if you are using a personal seat), clothing for 3 days, warm clothing (optional), night wear, no shorts/sleeveless or see-through clothing, umbrella/rainwear, personal medication/first aid, toiletries , towel, napkins, Odomos/All Out, chappals, shoes, track-suit or similar loose clothes, big torch, yoga-mat/satranji, notepad, pen, alarm clock, small lock and key (optional) and bed-sheet.
The Silent health Retreat is about knowing the process of mind-body training, where practice meets theory. Considering the extreme time constraints for most people, three days will give you a glimpse of Kukikan science. Your experiential wisdom will be directly proportional to your own effort and commitment.
At the retreat you will be provided with simple vegetarian food and basic amenities.
