Kukikan understanding for Balancing Energies
If your posture is not in alignment when you train your body in the gym or do aerobic activity, you will be wasting a lot of energy putting in effort where it is not needed and you become prone to injury. Most importantly, you must understand the difference between exercise and exertion. Exercise energizes you and exertion dissipates your energy. Whenever your mind is with the body, you are exercising and when the mind wanders or is distracted, it is exertion.
Incorrect breathing leads to various psycho-somatic disorders; therefore they are energy draining by nature. Correct breathing or natural abdominal breathing on the other hand enhances your energy levels. Similarly, incorrect eating habits dissipate energy. Fast foods, junk food, drink beverages, in short, all advertised foods, are energy dissipating because they have no energy of their own and also your body has to waste a lot of energy digesting them to get them out of your system.
All incorrect working patterns that keep you sedentary are energy-dissipating working patterns. Such working conditions are created in such a way that the person loses the sense of time, whether it is day or night, thus throwing the biorhythm out of balance. When you eat food at the wrong times, the body has to divert energy to digest the food rather than using the energy to recuperate from the daily wear and tear.
When people take excessive medication, it adds a lot of strain on the body to eliminate the chemicals from the body. Thus, the body loses its own self-healing mechanism. These drugs have their side effects and are energy dissipating.
